Verifying Carelon plan benefits
Due to the complexity of Carelon plans our team needs to manually verify these plans prior to clients being seen. Once you add the Carelon insurance information to the client's account, reach out to us to begin the manual verification process.
Alternatively, your client can upload their insurance information and reach out to request a manual verification directly.
Once their benefits are verified and their account information is complete, you can proceed with sessions.
