Finding a provider

Updated

Getting started

Knowing what to look for can be hard, so we’re here to make it as simple as possible.

The first step is to visit our website here: headway.co. Then select your insurance then use the filters on our site to set your preferences. From there, our system will generate a list of providers who align with your preferences and might be a good fit. You'll be able to book directly from their profiles (please note: you will need your insurance card and a method of payment to confirm the session).

Some providers offer phone consultations. This is a fifteen-minute, non-billed session where you and the provider can get to know each other, they can answer any questions you have, and you can decide together if you'd like to move forward with booking a full session. When you look at a provider's profile, you will see a "Schedule a phone consultation with ____ today" above "Book now" on the right column.
