Headway Academy has courses designed to help you get started and be successful on Headway. You’ll always have access to this content and it’s a great way to prepare for your first appointment as you await your live credentialing date. You can sign in using your Headway account login credentials and enroll in the courses at any time.
Using Headway Academy
- Visit the homepage
- Enter the email and password associated with your Headway account
- Browse and enroll in courses
Live onboarding webinars
On Headway Academy, we also offer live onboarding webinar courses on Mondays and Fridays at 12pm ET. In these webinars, you'll learn everything you need to know about partnering with Headway to streamline your practice.
To sign up
- Log into Headway Academy
- Visit the Events tab
- Look for events with [Onboarding Webinar #] in the title
- Click View to see the available sessions
- Select the session date that works best for you on the right side of the page
- Click Register to sign up for the session
Trouble logging in?
If you have trouble accessing your Headway Academy account, you can visit Headway to reset your password. Once your password has been changed, you’ll be able to use your new password to sign into both the provider portal and Headway Academy.
