Phone consultation vs. full sessions

Some providers prefer to hold a consultation call, with a new client to see if it's a good fit ahead of a full session.

You can schedule two types of appointments on your calendar: phone consultations or sessions. A phone consultation is a 15-min non-billable consult, and a session is a full length, billable appointment.

To schedule
Click anywhere on your calendar — then click "Add phone consultation" or "Add session" accordingly. You can then choose the client, location, and recurrence.
To reschedule
Click the appointment and edit the details, or just drag it to its new spot on your calendar.
To cancel
Click the appointment and then select "Cancel."
