Creating an account 

To create a HOKU account: 

  1. Visit the HOKU Provider Enrollment page
  2. Fill out your information (first name, last name, email, and user ID) 
  3. Check the box next to "I agree with the Terms of Use" 
  4. Click Submit 

Why you need a HOKU account

A HOKU account is required to enroll in Hawaii Medicaid. In order to apply on the provider’s behalf, Headway providers are required to create a HOKU account before giving us the login information to allow us to complete their application.

If you're already enrolled with Hawaii Medicaid outside of Headway, we'll need access to your HOKU account in order to add you as an affiliate of Headway.

Submitting your HOKU credentials to Headway

To enroll in Hawaii Medicaid through Headway, you'll need to complete an intake form. Upon completion, we'll send an email to securely collect your HOKU login information.
